Massage Therapist Explores Entrepreneurship
"Having already worked as a massage therapist, and considering opening my own facility, I wanted to learn about the business end of spa management. Such matters as deciding how to price services, the economics of one unit of sale, the cost of services sold, how to estimate break-even, fixed versus variable expenses, the ways to market a business and estimating start-up costs, were completely foreign and unknown to me.
