Nancy found out in high school that it is tough to get a job without experience.
Nancy took ROP Retail Sales and graduated in 2009. She learned consumer math, how to count change, how to sell. She also improved her public speaking skills and developed a strong work ethic.
Nancy is now the manger of Red Fly, a retail store, and is the buyer for three stores.
Nancy says, “If it wasn’t for the ROP experience I wouldn't be the successful person that I am today. In the past six years I have had the opportunity to mentor other ROP students at my workplace. I preach the ‘value of taking initiative'to all ROP students."
