  1. Director, Butte-Glenn Intermediary Organization
    The Butte-Glenn Intermediary Organization was formed to align business, education, and community organizations within Butte and Glenn Counties to maximize employment and training opportunities for youth and adults, resulting in career and economic success.

    The Director, under the general direction of the Governance Council of the Intermediary Organization, shall: (1) Convene key leaders across sectors to provide a forum for ongoing dialog and decision making; (2) Connect and broker services between partnering organizations and program participants; (3) Measure programmatic effectiveness for all stakeholders and provide continuous improvements; and, (4) Sustain effective partnerships amongst business, education and community organizations.

  2. Coordinator, CTE Programs & Services

    Under direction of the Sr. Director, CTE Programs & Services Coordinator supervises various Career Technical Education (CTE) grants and contracts administered by the Career Technical Education Center (CTEC). The Coordinator participates in assigned activities with other departments within the Butte County Office of Education, coordinates and communicates with CTEC staff, school districts and administers daily grant and contract related activities. The Coordinator assures adherence to grant and contract requirements and monitors grant and contract deliverables. The Coordinator serves as a resource to CTE teachers and administrators in matters related to curriculum and instruction and professional development.

  3. MTROP Director, Salinas Union High School District

    The MTROP Director utilizes effective interpersonal skills in interactions with staff, students and community; requires leadership skills and sound decision-making relating to numerous situations affecting the well-being or success of students, employees, activities, public or school property; is an administrator with a vision of 21st century leading, teaching and learning; develops and leads effective leadership teams to develop, fund, implement and monitor Career Technical Education programs and opportunities; develops, interprets, and enforces regulations that are in agreement with the Mission Trails ROP Joint Powers Agreement and Salinas Union High School District Board of Trustees policies as interpreted by administration that improves efficiency and support educational effort; and maintains effective working relationships with JPA member districts as well as state educational agencies which provide support and/or funding for Career Technical Education and Regional Occupational Programs.
